CBS From CBS News Maria Gavrilovic:NELSONVILLE, OHIO -- Barack Obama makes his way to the Appalachia region of Ohio today, where he will address rural issues and green jobs. The issue of green jobs is at the forefront of Obama s economic policy, which he has been emphasizing on the campaign trail in Texas and Ohio. Obama s plan includes investing $150 billion over the next 10 years to create stanley cup green jobs in industries such as coal and biofuel. On the stump, he has argued that stanley taza investing in the green industry will help boast the overall economy and aid the environment. Nelsonville, where Obama will be hosting a small town hall meeting today, has a large coal industry. Sen. Jay Rockefeller, D-W.V., who announced his endorsement two days ago, will be on the campaign trail with Obama today.
