HELENA 鈥?The former Shopko building in Helena has sat mostly empty for a few years, and viewer Patricia wanted to know if anything is planned for it yet. The propertys current owner does have plans to rent the space to retailers.Shopko moved out of the building at 3101 N. Montana Ave. in 2019 when Shopko closed all of their locations. In 2021, the building was bought by the current owner, Citivest Commercial Investment, a California-based d stanley cup eveloper.Citivest Commercial Investment director of leasing, Michele Babcock, said they are considering a variety of options for the nearly 120,000-square-foot building. Babcock said they do hope to lease it to another retailer鈥攆rom one occupant up to as many as six diff stanley cup erent tenants for the location.Babcock said they are targeting specific stanley cup kinds of retailers for the former Shopko site, including sporting goods, optical, shoes and health and beauty retailers.There is work that needs to be done to the building before anyone can move into it. OAKLAND COUNTY, Mich. -- A 24-year-old man was arrested after driving his vehicle into a gas station in Michigan and then removing h af1 is license plate before le adidas originals aving the scene, police say. The incident occurred at a BP gas station in Brandon Township in the early morning hours of Oc adidas originals t. 24.The suspect, William David Edmonds, was a regular at that gas station, a clerk told police. On that day, he purchased beer, opened one and got into his vehicle, according to a police report. Edmonds vehicle was parked near gas pumps. An employee at the gas station told police that Edmonds then accelerated at a high rate of speed, then turned 180 degrees, striking a gas pump island and then driving into the building.
