HAGERSTOWN, Md. 鈥?A Hagerstown man was arrested Friday after claims that he threatened to bomb a M stanley cup aryland Vehicle Administration building.Anthony Jacob Fritz, an emp stanley water jug loyee of the MVA located on Colonel Henry K.
