Investigators are seeking to have murder charges filed against a man they believe fatally injured his cellmate at a Southern California jail.The Riverside Press-Enterprise newspaper reports Saturday http://bit.ly/2llWzD6 that Marcos Elias Garcia is suspected in the death of Kevin Plichta at West Valley Detentio stanley cup n Center.The 53-year-old was found seriously injured and unresponsive Tuesday in his cell.
