Oakvilles arts and culture programs, activities and events during the annual Culture Days celebration have ranked No. 1 in the Culture Days 2022 Top Participating Communities Listing.The town was the top mid-size city, followed by Richmond, B.C., Waterloo, Ont., Halton Hills, Ont., St. Albert, Alta., and Milton, Ont.Rankings are based on the number of activities held in each community.
