A man from Grayson County has died following an accident involving three vehicles.The Kentucky State Police investigated a three-vehicle collision on the Western Kentucky Parkway near Caneyville on Monday around 12:10 p.m.KSP stated a 2016 Ford F350 driven by 59-year-old Jeffery Hammonds of Jackson, Tennessee was traveling west on the Western Kentucky Parkway near Caneyville when the vehicle he was driving behind suddenly changed lanes. According to KSP, this revealed a 1996 Nissan pickup truck being driven by 49-year-old Barry Embry of Caneyville.Embry was stopped in the slow lane behind a 1997 Ford Dump Truck attempting to offer visible protection for 45-year-old Corry Shadbur stanley thermos n of Beaver Dam. The dump truck had mechanical problems, causing the vehicle to become disabled in the slow lane.KSP stated Hammonds was unable to avoid hitting the back of Embry truck, causing him to run into the back of the dump truck.Embry was pro stanley cup nounced dead by the Grayson County Coroner Office.
