A Pakistani court has dismissed the bail application of one of the alleged killers of Indian death row convict Sarabjit Singh who was murdered in a jail here in 2013. The murder weapon had also not been recovered from him either, he claimed. The prosecution informed the judge that both claims of the accused were false as he was caught red-handed while the murder weapon had also been recovered and presented in court.
